In Rhetoric, Aristotle wrote of three modes of persuasion:

  • Ethos: the credibility of the individual

  • Pathos: stirring emotion in the audience

  • Logos: the logic of the argument

Your greatest story is the brand ethos; why your brand matters

  • to customers, employees, industry (stakeholders)

The brand ethos is the core essence of the brand.
